Peter Collingbourne	0b558e408c	Upgrade Gradle to 7.2 and Android Gradle plugin to 4.2. ... The older versions of the plugin caused problems building with newer NDK versions due to a lack of MIPS support. On devices running android 9 with google play services, PlayProtect blocks the installation of our automation apks due to targeting a lower SDK version.
