Subject: [PATCH] instrument: Fix get_channels method

- `Instrument.channels` is a dictionary, we want the values not the
   keys; this is provded by `list_channels`.

- `InstrumentChannel` objects do not have a `measure` attribute. Use
  `kind` instead.
